Questions and Answers

As a first step in the interior design and planning process, every interior designer needs accurate information about the property itself and the creation of an existing state plan in a DWG format file, usually in the AutoCAD drawing software. A measurement plan is the initial basis that provides all the data, heights and dimensions of the property. In fact, this is the initial infrastructure on which the rest of the process is based.

Therefore, our construction inspector arrives at the site with dedicated equipment, inspects the infrastructure, such as: constructive structure and which walls can be demolished, electricity, plumbing, air conditioning… After the inspection, he performs a careful measurement of the property and creates an existing state plan. After receiving all the data, we upload the measurement onto computerized files and create drawings, which will be used by us later in the process.

It is important to understand: It is not possible to start an interior design process without a computerized plan of the existing state.

After we have received the information we need, we brainstorm, develop a concept and translate your dreams and needs into sketches and general plans. This plan addresses the functional structure of the property based on the characterization definitions. This plan also reflects furniture placement, division and definition of areas and all ideas for home design in macro form. A conceptual plan allows you to see the structure of your home in two dimensions.

A conceptual plan is also commonly called a position plan.

He checks the important stages during the execution and makes sure that everything is implemented according to the interior design plans.
